Terms & Conditions
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm and process all orders.
- In case of order cancellation before placement, 25% of the advance payment will be deducted.
- All sales are final.
- Advance payments made for Bridal, Formal, Luxury Pret, or Custom Orders are non-refundable and non-adjustable.
- No changes to the design, color, size, or measurements will be accepted after 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Full payment must be cleared before dispatch or delivery of the article.
- If a completed order is not collected within 4 to 6 weeks, management reserves the right to cancel the order.
- Additional charges may apply for alterations.
- International shipping charges will be calculated according to the parcel’s weight and destination.
